All services and purchases are quoted individually, with pricing confirmed before proceeding. Payment terms will be agreed in advance.

We endeavour to locate items that meet each client's requirements. Availability, pricing and delivery arrangements are confirmed before purchase.

Cancellation and refund arrangements depend on the nature of the service or purchase and applicable consumer law. Relevant conditions will be communicated before confirmation. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

We take care to source items through established and trusted suppliers, with appropriate checks undertaken according to the item and its provenance.

Delivery arrangements, costs and estimated timescales will be confirmed as appropriate. International customs duties and taxes may apply.
