+ Are you going to have my size again?

+ Can I reserve an item until payday?
We have always aimed to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles and as items are often limited, we have not offered reservations in the past. However, you asked, and we have listened! As from December 2020 we will be introducing a 30 day reservation service. Items will be shipped once we receive your final cleared payment. Please note all deposits and purchases through this service are non-refundable and non-returnable.
+ What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country. We also accept PayPal, Stripe and Apple Pay.
+ Are items purchased through The Luxury Couture Wardrobe authentic?
All our products are 100% authentic. Our items are expertly sourced from the best luxury fashion boutiques from across the globe.
+ Why are some items more than the RRP?
The price you see includes our sourcing fee for rare items. Our fees are not charged at a flat rate and may vary according to the time that goes into sourcing it and how rare the item is.
+ How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be carefully wrapped in black tissue paper and branded LCW stickers inside a protective cardboard box. If provided by the designer, your items will come with the original branded dust bags, care card and tags. At times shoe boxes may be slightly damaged, but don’t worry we can assure you your actual shoes will arrive in superb condition.
+ Where can I find size & fit advice?
Click on ‘Find my size’ on the item’s page to view our conversion chart. We also provide fit information and model measurements for each style under Size & Fit.
+ Can you help me with choosing items?

+ Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or change it to a different size. Please note, we’re unable to combine or add an item to an existing order.
If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.
+ Do I need an account to place an order?
You can shop without creating an account. However, if you register with us, you’ll enjoy the following benefits:

Your order is insured against theft and damage until it is received at your specified address. After it is received and signed for, the insurance cover ends.
