Photographs and Images Submitted by Clients

Where you choose to upload photographs or images as part of an enquiry, The Luxury Couture Wardrobe will use these solely to understand your requirements, assess your request and provide the services you have enquired about.

Images may include clothing, accessories, products or personal photographs. Uploading images is optional.

Submitted images are held in secure, access-restricted storage and are accessible only to authorised personnel. Email notifications relating to enquiries are delivered through our email service provider, Resend. Client photographs are not included as email attachments.

We retain uploaded photographs for up to 90 days after an enquiry has been marked as handled, unless they remain necessary for an ongoing client engagement, the establishment or defence of legal claims, or another lawful purpose.

Once the applicable retention period has expired, photographs will be securely deleted in accordance with our data retention procedures.

You may contact us at fashionista@theluxurycouturewardrobe.co.uk to request the deletion of photographs you have submitted, subject to any applicable legal obligations or lawful grounds for continued retention.
